Country Auctions is a service that allows bidding to occur over a period of time. With Country Auctions, multiple lots can be posted for preview and sale. Information and specific details about the lot, including videos and images, may also be posted.
Bidding will open on a set date and time and will remain open until the lot's end time is reached or the lot is sold. For more detailed information on the bidding process and available options, please see the help topics 'Definitions' and 'How does the bidding process work?'

Status: This is the current status of the lot. The status will be either "Open", "Closed", or "Sold".
Start Time: This is the time at which bidding will open for the lot.
End Time: This is the time at which bidding will close for the lot. If qualifying bids exist on the lot, the lot will be sold to the highest bidder.
Base Price: This is the price that bidding must begin at for the listing, determined by the seller.
Bid Increment: This is the minimum bid increment. The amount that the current bid must increase by in order to be accepted.
Buy Now Price: The price at which the lot may be immediately purchased. This is optional and is determined by the seller.
Maximum Private Bid: A bid that can be placed by users who wish to automate their bidding process. This is generally the maximum amount that a user is willing to bid.

First you must register (if you haven't already done so) at DVAuction.com. Registering is easy and takes just a couple of minutes. Once you have an account and have been approved, you can log in to Country Auctions and bid.

We cannot retrieve your password. However, we can generate a new one and send it to the email address that you have on file with us. To reset your password, please go to the Reset Password page and enter your email address.

Once you have registered, you will be able to place bids on all the available lots for each sale.
You can enter the amount you would like to bid under 'Proxy Bid' on the lot details page before the auction ends. You may also choose to 'Buy Now' for the listed price to buy the lot before the auction ends.

All bidding options will offer a confirmation window that allows for review and requires acceptance of your bid. You are responsible for all bids placed under your account.
